With its help, you can generate the text of a mailing list, even entire chains, write posts for social networks, form proposals for cooperation, descriptions for product cards and any other text content. Use AI to find ideas for a personal brand, create a logo, slogan, which will increase loyalty and establish warm communication with the audience. 

Use the capabilities of technology to personalize the offer. If the customer receives a typical gray email with information about the next discount, he will probably ignore it. But if a letter with a similar message is compiled using information about the client, his age, gender, location, preferences, then he is more likely to pay attention to such an offer and react positively to it. 

According to the PwC consulting company, by 2030, the contribution of AI to the global economy will reach $15.7 trillion. This should not be forgotten, as well as the fact that companies are already successfully implementing technology, and every day there are more such companies.

There can be many such distortions, and semantic is the most common in the field of AI. This type of distortion implies an incorrect interpretation of the message. Another type is syntactic. If a sentence is formulated incorrectly, artificial intelligence also incorrectly recognizes it. 

The obvious risk of smart technologies is cybersecurity. A lot has already been done to ensure it, but artificial intelligence is still extremely susceptible to external threats. Be ethical. This direction has unlimited possibilities and can grow into a whole universe where people will create their own avatars, communicate with each other, create proposals, share experiences.

According to it, half of the types of human work can be automated in the period from 2030 to 2060, and the middle of this half — already in 2045. The potential has increased because AI has begun to understand the language that is needed to do the job. Now it has an even greater impact on knowledge-related jobs, with higher wages, and educational requirements.

In the near future, the usual processes of interaction both inside and outside companies will change. The field of machine learning is very promising, and many scientists are engaged in it today. It is better to implement artificial intelligence in communications today in order to keep up with progress indefinitely and be competitive in a new environment. Do not ignore the ethical side. When introducing innovations, keep the personal boundaries of the client in focus, do not cross them.
